FTF3 Zakim Reservation

Hi all,

There was some discussion at today's telecon that suggested that the Zakim reservation for FTF3 was off by an hour.

The RDF WG has a Zakim reservation for our FTF meeting during TPAC:

According to timeanddate.com's meeting planner, that reservation is from 07:00-17:00 in Lyon.  Is that not acceptable?  Our agenda says that we will meet from 09:00-17:00.
