Use Cases

I did some polishing of the reduced/highlights Use Cases page and
renamed it:

        http://www.w3.org/2011/rdf-wg/wiki/Why_Graphs
        
Quite frankly, my motivation for this is to keep it to use cases I know
I understand (and can explain to other people, and expect other people
can easily understand).  Much of TF-Graphs-UC is too fuzzy for me to be
comfortable with.
