Hi Zhe, 

I think your error is due to one of the bots not publishing the irc logs, RRSAgent (I think?!?), and hence CommonScribe did not have anything to parse into a pretty format. This happened to me last week, I think a team member needs to publish the logs, if not published at the end of the call, and then you can crack on with finalising the chatlog.
