Can we resolve this? I think there is no need to discuss ISSUE-40 in the call. Indeed we agreed to close it, and I was supposed to do that in the tracker. I did it now, apologies for the delay. I gave myself an action to implement the changes in the editor's draft and will do so as soon as the Mercurial repo is in place. Best, Richard
