Hi everyone,

A little late to the party, but all the more keen for it: my name is Jeen
Broekstra, I am the project lead of Eclipse Rdf4j (which some you may still
know as Sesame), and have in the past worked on the SPARQL and OWL
Recommendations and some of their predecessors.

My interest in the RDF*/SPARQL* initiative is on the level of ease of
implementation as part of existing systems, I believe the proposal as it
stands has great potential and look forward to discussing its design in
more depth, and improving where necessary. In addition, I am very
interested to learn about the many different use cases that people want to
put this functionality to.
