Dear all,
we need to request Horizontal Review [1] of the documents that we plan to bring to Candidate Recommendation (rdf-concepts, rdf-n-triples, rdf-semantics). As discussed in our last meeting [2], we don't need to send the other groups a completely finished version, but we need to signal all issues that may still lead to changes in the documents.
We decided that in the next focused meeting [3] on Aug 7, we would collectively decide on the list of issues we consider must be addressed before CR on each document, and mark them with the 'ms:CR' label.
By then, we ask everyone to review the open issues. The first person to express an opinion on an issue should create a comment "should be resolved before CR" and add a +1 (thumbs up) or a -1 (thumbs down). Others will record their opinion on the same comment by simply adding +1 or -1 on it. (Feel free of course to add more comments below if you want to develop your argument.)
If you add +1 to an issue and it does not have the 'ms:CR' tag, please also add it so that the issues with some proponents are easily identified.
Thanks in advance,
the chairs of the RDF & SPARQL WG
