Strawpoll: Agreement on a baseline proposal for the abstract syntax and semantics

Hi all,

As proposed during the call yesterday, here is a link to a strawpoll 
(open to WG participants only),
to determine the support to accepting Enrico's proposal [1] as a 
baseline for our future discussions.

Answers will be visible only to Team members and WG participants, but 
you can ask the system to send a copy of your response to the public WG 
mailing list.

Please respond at the latest before the next WG meeting [2] so that we
