All, I made a pull request with an updated scribe list (file scribes.md) by looking at all the past minutes of the WG. At the top of the list are people who have not scribed before, yet are participating in meetings; then the list goes in order of the least recent scribe to the most recent one. The list should be updated by moving the last scribe to the bottom of the list and incrementing its scribe counter by 1.
