Starting work!

Dear All,

I think we should finally start with the rdf-note maintenance work ;)

Today I took the existing work on VoID preserved by Richard Cyganiak and made a PR into the
rdf-notes github<https://github.com/w3c-cg/rdf-notes/pull/1>

And opened the first issue<https://github.com/w3c-cg/rdf-notes/issues/2>: For VoID one of the main challenges for the Note is the IRIs of the concepts.
The vocab.deri.ie server is no longer online, and rdfs.org was also offline for a bit.


I will be present at semantics 2025, and I suggest a meeting online two weeks later on September 17th from 13:00 to 14:00 Geneva time. If people are interested to join I can send out a google meet or teams link.
