[RDFa TC] Review TC29 - 33

Due to my action [1]

ACTION: Michael to email individual emails to resolve TCs 29-33 
       (TC 28 to be resolved post xml:lang discussion) 

I'll post a serial of mails as follow-ups to this mail.

To allow serious, but somehow time-constrianed reviewing
I propose to freeze the reviewing with our next telecon
(no matter if it takes place or not at this time :)  

Put in other words: You now have approx. one week to 

a) 'approve' the according TC (send +1 or any other 
sign of agreement)

b) put a TC 'on hold' (pls. with some explanation why, etc.)

c) reject a somehow bad or outdated TC
