comment on RDFa syntax version 1.8 section 4.2.5

Hello, in http://www.w3.org/2006/07/SWD/RDFa/syntax/
section 4.2.5 the first example includes an
"a" element with two "rel" attributes. I think
the second attribute perhaps should be an "href"
or some other kind of attribute.
