Added SPARQL 1.1 RIF Core Entailment Regime tests from Chime Ogbuji on 2012-10-26 (public-rdf-dawg@w3.org from October to December 2012)

There are two new RIF Logical Entailment tests:

I.  :rif01,  referencing RIF XML: rif01.rif
II. :rif02,  referencing RIF in RDF as named graph in dataset



The RIF in RDF graph in the second test is the same as that in "8.4.2.2 Encoding RIF documents within named graphs in the dataset"

FuXi passes these tests.
