I get syntax errors when running these tests:

Error:    LOAD SILENT INTO
Encountered " <IRIref> "<http://www.example.org/> "" at line 1, column 76.
Was expecting:
     "graph" ...

Error:    CREATE SILENT
Encountered " <IRIref> "<http://example.org/g1> "" at line 1, column 15.
Was expecting:
     "graph" ...

SILENT does not imply ignore syntax errors does it?
