I am just looking over Rob's comment RV-7, see current draft response here:

and checked test case 

  temporal-proximity-by-exclusion-minus-1

which uses query and data files as follows:

   [ qt:query  <temporalProximity02.rq> ;
     qt:data   <temporalProximity02.ttl> ] ;


from what I can judge on CVS, you have added that use case, but it seems the resp. rq and ttl files are missing from CVS.
Can you either check them in or remove the test case?
