Sorry for the late agenda, our main goal for tomorrow is to finish the function library issues: * typed vs. plain literals for arguments and return types, * concatenating literals with language tags * inclusion of SHA*/MD5 functions * inclusion of SHA*/MD5 functions * + for concatenation? * spec'ing out RAND() We will focus on that and leave the entailment regimes issues for next week.
