Update grammar oddities

The stuff around DELETE DATA FROM has 'DATA' ( 'FROM'? IRIref )*  
ConstructTemplate
so you can write FROM <x> FROM <y> <z> FROM <q>
which looks a little confusing.

Should maybe be 'DATA' ( 'FROM' IRIref+ )? or similar.

Also, UpdateUnit has
Prologue ( ( Update | Manage ) )*

the * should maybe be a +, otherwise "PREFIX : <>" is a legal update.
