[ACTION-36] Some minort change proposal for the introduction

I think it reads better if we switch Feature list and document structure 
description.

Also I suggest to add some links to the resolutions where we have agreed 
on the features and nomenclature.

I hope this satisfies Andy's requirement that the summary in the 
introduction should be finished, frozen and time-stamped, cf.
