Hi everyone, The W3C has decided to go forward with a Technical Plenary week on the U.S. West Coast in the first week of November. We very tentatively discussed this as a potential location for our next face-to-face meeting, and I'd like to discuss it more seriously now. See: http://www.w3.org/2009/11/TPAC/overview.html#Group We're currently scheduled to meet the first 2 days of the week, Nov. 2 and Nov. 3. I'd like to have an idea of who can and who can't come to this meeting as soon as we can. Organizationally, I think we were all pleased with how the 2-site meeting went this last time around, but the time difference makes it pretty tough to do that again if the U.S. location is on the west coast (-08:00). Further, we're tenatively scheduled to interact with 3 other groups who will be meeting there in person: RIF, OWL, and the HCLS interest group. So, please consider whether you will/would be at all able to attend in person should we have a one-site-only F2F in November. We'll discuss on Tuesday.
