[ACTION-27] Ask in DERI about whether RDF Forms/pushback uses WHERE in updates

Hi all,

Here is the current status of RDForms / PushBack and SPARQL Update,  
wrt ACTION-27.
Thanks to Michel Hausenblas for the input.

The current PushBack [1] modelling doesn't use SPARQL Update (SPARQL  
is used in the fusion process [2]) but a proprietary HTTP POST  
interface.
Yet, SPARQL Update is considered as being at the core in future  
implementations, see [3] and [4]
