If I recall, I was hoping for a WG decision on adopting changes to
value testing, but that was blocked by DanC's advocacy of equating
xsd:string and simple literals (plain literal with no lang tag).
Just wanted that in the record as it affects my response to the
Example Errors [EE] comment. Without equating them, I think that
s/xsd:string/simple literal/ [SL] would addresses the last point in
the comment.
