For the record, and as some of you might know, the DC Architecture 
Working Group [0] is determined to clean up the ranges of the DC 
properties. See the (very unfinished) work of the RDF Taskforce [1].

As part of this, dc:creator will have range something like 
dcclass:Agent, which will be disjoint from rdfs:Literal. Whether this 
will happen in current or new namespaces is still under consideration.
