Syntax tests checked into the test area

I have placed a copy of the tests I used to check the grammar in SyntaxDev
and its subdirectories.  This test have no specific status - they are
informational.

It should include a copy of all approved tests (without duplicates), the
negative syntax tests I found in the repository, and the others I wrote. 
There are 144.

The manifest uses the manifest extensions to give a type to each test and 
include other manifests.
