use case/requirements outlines (reminder)

Recall from last week:

Straw poll suggested that structuring ongoing discussion about use
cases around a document would be more helpful than continuing in a
free-form way.

DanC solicited one-page outlines of such a document be emailed to him

I haven't gotten as many of them as I expected.

I didn't give a due date, but it's much more useful if I get it
by, say, 5pm Chicago time today, 30 March, in time for
me to mull over the impact before sending out an agenda
on Weds for our telcon on Thurs.
