Good point.

JS-1 use case does not require any type of inference from
the server. I think the use case needs to be augmented
with wording 'the server may or may not support' the
inference via 'rdfs:subPropertyOf'.

However, my use case says the client can explicitly
say if the return vocabulary can be other than the
one used to make the request.
