randomly noticed typo in SPARQL 1.1 Query Language

Hi, folks --

I know the WG is closed, but hopefully typo correction is
still fair game.

At <http://www.w3.org/TR/sparql11-query/#func-string>,
"the lexcial form" should be "the lexical form".
