Minor correction re: Test Cases

Hi All

Per my previous comments about the test suite being in an inconsistent state I have a follow up request.  I notice that in a couple of the manifests I previously highlighted the tests that are no longer relevant have been removed from the mf:entries list in the manifest but they have been left marked as Approved in their actual definition within those manifests which seems odd to me.

Would the working group please consider changing the obsolete tests to be Not Approved/Rejected (or whatever the appropriate vocal is) in these manifests?

The manifests in question are functions/manifest.ttl and property-path/manifest.ttl
