Pseudo-random number function RAND

Small editorial suggestion:  In section 17.4.4.5

s/Returns a number/Returns a pseudo-random number/

Otherwise the word 'random' does not appear anywhere in the document,
which first led me to think that SPARQL had no pseudo-random number
function when I was looking for it.
