The dropping of the order is slightly worrisome, but as long as the
order is preserved in the head, I'm fine with this.  Otherwise, I'd have
a difficult time making generic SPARQL XSLT scripts.  On the plus side,
you now have a concrete reason for the <head> section!

Thank you for the time spent working on this.  I know it provoked a fair
amount of discussion.
