Possible new requirement: RDF Closure

Requirements 3.2 (3.2 Variable Binding Results) and
4.2 (Provenance)
(ref. http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-rdf-dawg-uc-20040602 ),
are linked together by a more general
possible requirement that could be added:

++ RDF Closure: query results must/should be expressable as RDF ++

Resolving this bigger possible requirement (in the positive
or negative) can lead to clarifications on how to evaluate
the other two requirements
(and also affect requirement 3.6 Optional Match).
