Subsection 11.2 - Displaying (X)HTML

Dear RDF-WG members,

I think that Subsection 11.3 should be non-normative. It isn't important 
how Turtle will be display. Some authors may use other CSS properties. 
You just presented one of the many possibilities. The same situation is 
with the CSS selectors, you introduce attribute selector, but it is 
possible other selectors, like type selector, ID selectors, descendant 
combinator, etc.
