The xsd: prefix is used throughout, but no binding is provided, no reference to the W3C XML Schema specs is made, and no explanation of datatyping is given. Even the cross-reference to datatype-IRI is, I believe, mistakenly pointed at [RDF11-concepts]#dfn-datatype rather than [RDF11-concepts]#dfn-datatype-iri. Oh, and [RDF11-concepts] is not listed as a normative reference. ht -- Henry S.
