EARL report for D2RQ (DM only)

Please find attached an EARL report for D2RQ, covering the Direct Mapping. Tests 5 and 12 fail as we only support the non-duplicate-preserving version as an R2RML default mapping.

We keep working on R2RML support but it's not yet ready.
