All, The minutes of today's meeting are available for review at [1]. We almost entirely dedicated the discussion to the topic of 'DM: implementability for tables w/o primary key' [2] with the conclusion that we agree that it is a corner case but no resolution yet. Richard has an action on it to come up with a concrete example to illustrate the issue, the DM Editors will have a look at it. We will continue the discussion via mailing list with an optional telecon end of week with the DM Editors and Richard if needed to resolve this issue. As it currently looks like (we have some more implementation feedback to discuss) we will have to extend the CR phase by at least a week, IMO.
