First version of the rdb2rdf TH software

Hi all

After I found an slot of time, there is a first version of the TH software [1].
This version only compares the results generated by DirectMapping tools.

I updated the wiki page [2] to describe how to use it.

An example of the earl file generated is here [3].

TO DO:
- test it with "real" results coming from DirectMapping tools.
- include R2RML support (basically deal with nq files).
- process the earl.ttl file to generate the reports, check the link provided by Michael [4]
- continue with the TCs
