ISSUE-22: Support for database vendor specific SQL statements http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/rdb2rdf/track/issues/22 The Editor's Draft currently states [1]: > In places where SQL expressions are allowed, these MUST conform to Core SQL 2008. PROPOSAL: Resolve ISSUE-22 by adding the following text: [[ The behavior of otherwise valid R2RML mappings that contain non-conformant SQL expressions is undefined. If all SQL expressions in an R2RML mapping conform to a specific version of SQL different from Core SQL 2008, then the mapping is known as an *R2RML dialect mapping*. This specification defines no particular behavior for dialect mappings. ]] Chairs, can we put this on the agenda of a (near-)future call? Thanks, Richard [1] http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/rdb2rdf/r2rml/#sql-conformance
