ISSUE-48 (sql-datatypes): Mapping SQL datatypes to RDF http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/rdb2rdf/track/issues/48 Raised by: Richard Cyganiak On product: Neither R2RML nor the Direct Mapping currently specify how exactly SQL types are mapped to RDF. To address this, a careful comparison of standard SQL types and XSD types is required. Part of this problem is the question of vendor-specific types. Most databases use vendor-specific types. Their treatment (even if it is: ignore these columns) has to be specified.
