There is a vaporware project with that name -- http://code.google.com/p/sqrl/ Unfortunately, Google Code doesn't seem to have an easy way to see project history -- so I can't tell when this was created, and thus just how likely it is to be permanent vaporware. Also, we should make VERY clear that "SQL" is more inclusive than it may seem -- that it covers all "RDB" ... We should already be doing similar about "RDF" (EAV/CR remains a more accurate label).
