Default Mapping and tomorrow's telcon

Hi Everybody

Are we planning to have our other telcon today at 1pm CST?

Per the last telcon, Marcelo and I have worked on updating Eric's document
based on the discussions we had. This includes organizing the first two
sections and adding the specific cases.

Unfortunately we have not been able to add this to the new document that was
set up, so we placed it in the wiki for now:

Not all the examples are there, but the idea is to reuse all the examples
that Eric has.

There are things that will need discussion, but at least this is a starting
point.

We can continue the discussion on the telcon (please confirm if we are going
to have one), otherwise please comment via email
