augmented the SQL-based Approach document

We have further augmented the "RDB-to-RDF mapping: A SQL-based Approach" document ( http://www.w3.org/2001/sw/rdb2rdf/wiki/RDB-to-RDF_mapping:_A_SQL-based_Approach ) 

with the following items: 

- Sample data for the relational schema 
- Results for queries used in SQLdefStrings of the Mapping Specification 
- (Virtual) RDF Graphs (conceptually generated) based upon above relational data
