Juan, Good question, but one thing after the other :) In the same vein as for the relational aspects of R2RML (as discussed during our last telco), we are starting out with a quite abstract view on the Linked Data aspects, trying to pin down what the charter really means (well, actually how we understand/interpret it). IMHO it's way to early to discuss implementation details, hence, please, all WG members, refrain from diving into this for now, if you can ;) Two things are important ATM: looking at [1] and see if one agrees with the MUSTs/SHOULDs that are there, and add requirements or detail out in case I missed out something.
