Looking for the url to the R2RML ontology from David Witherspoon on 2010-10-31 (public-rdb2rdf-comments@w3.org from October 2010)

I am looking at utilizing the R2RML in a current project and I am unable to get to the defined ontology through the URL http://www.w3.org/ns/r2rml#. When I try to open the definition of R2RML with Protégé, it does not contain any of the definitions of the ontology that is presented on http://www..w3.org/TR/2010/WD-r2rml-20101028/. Therefore, if you could help me by providing the URL to the Ontology for R2RML that would be greatly appreciated.
