CR transition approved for rdf-canon

Hi all,

our transition to Candidate Recommendation has been approved:

I just sent the publication request. Since there is a publication 
moratorium until the end of this week, I asked for a publication on 31 
Oct, with a CR-period ending on 28 Nov. This will be a Halloween CR :)
