comments about XPath 3.0 request

Hi all,
   I've heard from the XSL group that, currently there are more chances of
comments getting looked at for XPath 3.1 than 3.0.

Both the XPath 3.0 and 3.1 specs, are equidistant for the XSLT 3.0 spec.

My request is to, please take comments about XPath 3.0 equivalent in
importance for XPath 3.1.
