Thanks for pointing this out. Now fixed. If you're interested, it was caused by
the markup

  <item>
    <p diff="del" at="O">No function declared by any
       <elcode>xsl:accumulator</elcode> declaration, including this one, is
       available.</p>
  </item>

where the content of the list item was marked as deleted but the item itself
was not.
