https://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=29886 Bug ID: 29886 Summary: [SER31] 6 XHTML Output Method Product: XPath / XQuery / XSLT Version: Candidate Recommendation Hardware: PC OS: Windows NT Status: NEW Severity: editorial Priority: P2 Component: Serialization 3.1 Assignee: cmsmcq@blackmesatech.com Reporter: tim@cbcl.co.uk QA Contact: public-qt-comments@w3.org Target Milestone: --- The following sentence reads badly, probably in an effort to avoid ending a sentence of a preposition. "The [POLYGLOT] specification permits namespace declarations to appear in a conforming document, but there are restrictions on which elements they can appear." To avoid saying "but there are restrictions on on which elements they can appear." perhaps "The [POLYGLOT] specification permits namespace declarations to appear in a conforming document, but restricts the elements on which they can appear." would be better? -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the QA Contact for the bug.
