In the description of err:SERE0005, we read:
"It is an error if the serialized result would contain an NCName NCName NCName
NCName NCName NCName NCName NCName NCName NCNameNames that contains a character
that is not permitted by the version of Namespaces in XML specified by the
version parameter."
