There is a reference not being rendered correctly in section 15.8 on
fn:default-language:

Returns the value of the default language property from the dynamic context.
Components of the dynamic context are described in [TITLE OF XP31 SPEC, TITLE
OF id-xp-dynamic-context-components SECTION]XP31.
