Also in this section, there is word duplication "is is" in the text:

When serializing an element whose name is not defined in the HTML
specification, but that >>>is is<<< to be serialized as an HTML element, the
HTML output method MUST apply the same rules (for example, indentation rules)
as when serializing a span element. The descendants of such an element MUST be
serialized as if they were descendants of a span element.
