I am very sorry for this false bug report, I used the Windows explorer search
feature and it seems it simply fooled me in believing there are no .xsl files
containing "for-each-item" in the directory with the merge test cases.

I have now searched with oXygen and XPath and it has found several files. 

I change this as resolved/invalid, as there does not seem to be a way to delete
the bug report.
