Following discussion and decision at the WG telcon today, I have applied these
changes (with a little editorial discretion), substituting the term "immediate
result" for "raw result".

Note: the "raw result" of a transformation obtained by invoking a particular
component (template or function) is the "immediate result" of evaluating the
sequence constructor contained in that template or function, converted if
necessary to the declared type by applying the function conversion rules.
